Contact and Custom Demographic Exporter

The ATS Contact and Custom Demographic Exporter provides a .Net control to be added to a web site or used as an iPart in a existing web interface. The exporter allows organizations to export data from the contact and customer demographic tables based on specified search criteria. The custom layout editor control provides an interface for organizations to design and save custom layouts for the data export. A search window is provided to allow for field filter selection to perform specific searches against multiple data points to determine what data will be included in the extract.

• Uses .NET and iMIS Business Objects
• .Net user control that can be used as an iPart or in a .Net web application
• Provides access to extract data from all custom demographic tables

• Creates a list of Contact Name table fields and Preferred Mail, Ship and Bill fields.
• Exposes all Custom Demographic tables and fields for inclusion in the data export.
• Allows fields selected to be sorted in the order you would like them to display in the export.

• Search functionality is provided by the integrated ATS Search control.
• Three views (Simple, Standard and Advanced) are provided to expose multiple levels of field searches based on user requirements
• Advanced search exposes a drop down of Activities to be used in you search criteria. Selecting an Activity Type will expose available fields based on assignment and prompt name from your iMIS system.
• A Committee drop exposes a list of committee names and term effective and through dates to be used in your search criteria.
