Lehman Associates, an independent research firm, surveyed associations and membership organizations with 1M+ in annual operating budget in the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand as part of the 2016 Lehman Reports industry study series. Respondents were asked to provide information on their current use of technology, purchasing process, upgrade factors, implementation experience, as well as product satisfaction levels. ASI is one of multiple software vendors who subscribe to the study to receive the results. The results show that iMIS is rated #1 for client satisfaction and market share, making it the best membership software solution for association and membership organizations.
